Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the website auxiliaconsultant.com or engaging the services of Auxilia Consultants Ltd. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Auxilia Consultants Ltd
Auxilia Consultants Ltd is a certified financial consulting firm registered in Rwanda under TIN 111982340, headquartered at ECD Plaza, 2nd Floor, OPP. Marriott Hotel, KN 4AV 23, P.O.Box 7591, Kigali, Rwanda.
We are members of ICPAR (Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda) and are accredited by the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA). Our services include tax compliance, payroll management, independent audits, business registration, strategic advisory and finance training.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting a contact form, or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
3. Our Services
3.1 Scope of Services
Auxilia Consultants Ltd provides the following professional services:
- Tax compliance and RRA filing (VAT, PAYE, CIT, WHT)
- Payroll management and RSSB declarations
- Independent audit services for NGOs, INGOs and companies
- Business registration and RDB services
- Strategic financial advisory and Virtual CFO services
- Finance and tax training programs
3.2 Service Engagement
All service engagements are formalized through a written service agreement or engagement letter signed by both parties. The specific terms, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are defined in the individual service agreement.
3.3 Professional Standards
All services are delivered in accordance with applicable professional standards including ICPAR Code of Ethics, International Standards on Auditing (ISA), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and applicable Rwandan laws and regulations.
4. Client Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents
- Inform us promptly of any changes affecting your tax or compliance status
- Review and approve documents before submission to regulatory authorities
- Make payments within the agreed timelines
- Maintain adequate records and supporting documentation
- Cooperate with our team in good faith

Auxilia Consultants Ltd cannot be held responsible for penalties, errors or omissions resulting from incomplete, inaccurate or late information provided by the client.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Pricing
Our fees are as set out in the applicable service agreement or package description on our website. All prices are quoted in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless otherwise agreed. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
5.2 Payment Terms
Invoices are issued at the beginning of each month for retainer services. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. For project-based work, payment terms are defined in the individual engagement letter.
5.3 Late Payment
Late payments may incur an interest charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Auxilia Consultants Ltd reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment exceeding 30 days.
5.4 Payment Methods
We accept payment by bank transfer, mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money) and cheque payable to Auxilia Consultants Ltd.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. As ICPAR members, we are bound by professional confidentiality obligations under the ICPAR Code of Ethics. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party except:
- As required by law or regulatory authority
- With your explicit written consent
- To our staff and sub-contractors who need the information to deliver services (under confidentiality obligations)
This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, reports and tools — is the intellectual property of Auxilia Consultants Ltd and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent. Our interactive tools (such as the RSSB Calculator) are proprietary and may not be copied or replicated.
Work product created for clients (financial statements, reports, audit opinions) remains the property of the client upon full payment of fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we deliver our services with the highest professional care and diligence, Auxilia Consultants Ltd’s liability is limited as follows:
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages
- We are not liable for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
- We are not liable for changes in laws or regulations that affect our advice after the date it was given
9. Termination
9.1 By the Client
You may terminate any service agreement by giving 30 days written notice. Fees for services already performed or committed during the notice period remain due and payable.
9.2 By Auxilia Consultants Ltd
We reserve the right to terminate a service engagement immediately if the client:
- Fails to pay outstanding invoices after 30 days
- Provides false or misleading information
- Requests actions that would violate professional ethics or Rwandan law
- Acts in a manner that damages our professional reputation
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from these terms or any service engagement, the parties agree to:
- First attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiation within 30 days
- If unresolved, submit the dispute to mediation before ICPAR’s professional body
- As a last resort, submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rwanda
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Rwanda.

12.1 Permitted Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our website in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes intellectual property rights or disrupts the website’s functionality.
12.2 Accuracy of Information
The information on our website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Always consult with a qualified professional before making financial or tax decisions.
12.3 Website Availability
