Aimable founded Auxilia Consultants in 2020 with a vision to make certified financial expertise accessible to every business in Rwanda. He oversees all client engagements and strategic direction, bringing deep expertise in Rwandan taxation, corporate finance and business advisory.
Clementine leads the accounting department, overseeing all monthly tax declarations, financial statement preparation and client reporting. Her meticulous approach and deep knowledge of RRA regulations ensures zero errors and zero penalties across all client accounts.
Pauline manages compliance for all Auxilia clients, monitoring RRA deadlines, regulatory updates and audit requirements. She ensures every client remains fully compliant with Rwanda’s tax and labor regulations and is the first point of contact for any compliance query.
Emmanuel coordinates all client projects and service delivery at Auxilia. He ensures every engagement — from monthly payroll cycles to NGO audits — is delivered on time and to specification. His project management expertise keeps the entire team aligned and clients satisfied.
